GSD Productions Inc. is a rental, sales, design and production house for lighting, sound, video, multimedia, staging, special effects, rigging, scenic paint and supplies. We provide complete top of the line equipment and technical support for special events, corporate affairs, festivals, concerts, and theatrical productions of all types and sizes.

Our expert staff of technicians and project managers is available to assist you through all phases of your event, from the initial planning through the on-site coordination.

GSD will design the lighting, sound and video for your charity benefit gala, corporate product launching, festival, concert, Broadway/Off-Broadway show, or wedding. We will provide a sound system for seventy five people at a corporate retreat or for a thousand guests in the ballroom of a five-star hotel. If you are looking to incorporate video or multi-media into your event , GSD's staff will sit with you and discuss the many options available in today's multi-media world. Many of the New York hotels, Ellis Island, and area park sites are some of our favorite event sites, but we also enjoy working at the local university theater.

GSD prides itself on carrying a large inventory, including the latest "state of the art" equipment for your rental and sales needs. We can supply any quantity of materials, from a single fog machine for your Halloween party to a full lighting and sound system for your national tour. We stock a wide variety of lamps, tape, gel, Rosco scenic paint, Kryolan makeup, and other expendables as well. We are constantly adding new items as well as keeping up with new advances in technology. We would be pleased to provide you with any custom or specialty items to meet your specific requirements. In addition GSD is a licensed dealer for most lighting, sound and video manufacturers and offers competitive pricing for all of your sales needs.

Who Are We?

Since 1987, GSD Productions Inc. has been providing the New York area and beyond with the highest quality, reasonably priced theatrical equipment and services. GSD has grown from a small company servicing local school districts and industrial events to one that also supports much larger ventures including large full-scale theatrical tours, Broadway shows, major charity and business functions, as well as television events.
